ALL POSTERS PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING FORECASTS

#1 Postby vbhoutex » Tue Jul 26, 2005 10:52 am

Storm2k.org has implemented a new policy for the 2005 season and all seasons to follow.. If you post a forecast in this forum it MUST be preceded by the following..

Quote:
The following post is NOT an official forecast and should not be used as such. It is just the opinion of the poster and may or may not be backed by sound meteorological data. It is NOT endorsed by any professional institution including storm2k.org For Official Information please refer to the NHC and NWS products.

If a forecast is made without using the disclaimer we will add it for you and send a reminder PM.. If it is "forgotten" repeatedly your posts will be removed, and your membership with storm2k may be removed as well.. This is for the safety of everyone. Please abide by it

Here is to a safe 2005 Tropical Season!!

Thanks,
Storm2k Management

All readers of the storm2k Forum please read the "disclaimer" above as it applies for everything found here within

THIS IS A POLICY FOR ALL FORECASTS, NOT JUST TROPICAL!

Just a question:

What if you post...let's say "48 Hour Forecast via NWS/NHC/SPC"

Does that count?
