Be still, my beating heart...

Did anyone happen to catch the A&E special on the GoF last night? Ralphie enjoyed putting on the costume to attain the persona of Voldemort. :D

I don't know how many showtimes have been sold out, probably too many to count.

Yes, I did. I cried at the ending, and so did my best friend Heather. It was a very emotional movie. I thought it was better than the last 3 COMBINED! :D

That's because the book was better than the first three combined. 5 semi-sucked (half the book is harry yelling at someone  ), and six was like OMG OMG OMG OMG!!

Good movie. I saw it at midnight Thursday night/Friday morning. For some reason I liked the 3rd one better. This one was less "magical". I mean i know it was a darker plot, but I didn't feel engaged...and felt like they should have explained certain things better or developed characters further. This one was really funny though!

They didn't have time. The fourth book was as long as Lord of the Rings, and they tried to squeeze it to a third the time.

From what I read on the Dallas Morning News, "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" has dominated the box office with over $100 Million dollars worth of tickets sold.

I saw it and thought it was a pretty good movie. I don't think this one though is apropriate for young children, it's considerably darker, in my opinion, than the previous ones I've seen, the PG-13 is apropriate, but I think it's closer to R than PG (regular PG).

It was a little too fast paced, they skipped alot of stuff from the book. If someone seeing it didnt read the book and only saw the movies they would likely be confused. Good movie, I need to see it again. For some reason I liked the first 2 movies the best, they stayed the truest to the book.

We took the kids to see it Saturday, went to but tickets for the 1:30pm showing at 10am that morning and all shows up to the 4:55pm showing had already sold out. We got the 4:55 tickets, it was a good movie but I don't think it was as good as the last one.

I still can't wait to see it, of course my family would rather wait until the theaters are less crowded.

In early 2004, the creaters of a Cartoon Network show "The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy" created a character tha spoofed Harry Potter. The character's name is Nigel Planter.

My hubby and I went to see this movie today. It wasn't as good as the others to me. Too much violencethat was not necessary.

If you read the books, the violence only gets worse, volume by volume; as Harry Potter evolves into the ONE person who has to confront and destroy Lord Voldemort.

"Necessary"? YES, when one is dealing with unconstrained evil personified.
