I've never heard of that either, Cindy. Does some family member or friend have that? If so, prayers and thoughts sent their way.

((((HUGS))))

Thank you, Eric. It's my brother, Clarence. He has been sick for quite a while now, and we were told the day before Thanksgiving that he has a herniated liver.

The prayers mean a lot, thank you (((((hugs)))))

Sunny, herniated means an organ is protruding out of
the normal area where it lies. My prayers go out to
Clarence!

Praying for Clarence Cindy. I don't know how much more your family can take at this point. Did the hernia occur b/c of his lung cancer (racking coughs, discomfort, etc.)? I've had a few ferocious coughs in the past from severe bouts with the flu, where I felt like I was going to break a rib. I'm sure he's struggling to just catch his breath. I feel so much for him and all of you.

Mary

Thank you everyone.

We don't know how this happened Mary. I was really taken off guard by this. I told Linda that Clarence has always been tall and very thin, but yesterday his stomach was very puffy, which scared me. My sister is going to the doctor with Clarence and Pam this week to get the results of the ultrasound they did on his heart Wednesday. Hopefully then we will be able to get some answers.
