Here's a little larger McIDAS image I just snapped. Definitely TS Epsilon now. I have no doubt the NHC will call it Epsilon today.

If it were closer to land they would have upgraded already to at least subtropical storm Epsilon, but since it's only shipping interest, they will wait more time to make the first advisory.
