Our local Wally World USED to offer paper now it's STRICTLY plastic have you ALSO noticed the Wally World plastic bags EVERYWHERE......I don't care WHERE you go their dam bags are in the TREES, powerlines, in the gutters "They're EVERYWHERE, They're EVERYWHERE!"

I see less and less paper bags in stores, reason? Cost! Before I retired from the business 6 years ago, for a bundle of the large bags (quantity 200) they were $45 a BUNDLE  I can't IMAGINE how much they are NOW!!

I use paper, because they are recyclable.
