That track looks like the track of Alicia, and I know Alicia's remnants were track through at least Nebraska. I can't possibly remember Alicia because it occurred the year before I was born, but my guess is that's Alicia. If it's not, then I'm not sure which one.

I do remember Alicia quite well!! I think you are right that she was tracked to at least Southern Iowa as depression.
