Yeah... I was really hurt and mad and I just couldn't let go. That's a problem, I can't let go of pain like that, and like Perry (BTW, you're in my thoughts and prayers... maybe we can help each other) I usually wind up hurting people that I really don't want to, it really hurts me when I go off on someone.
I mean it hurts. You can understand that, can't you?

Perry,
Your story sounds so much like mine! I had to go to the deepest depths of pain and misery and hurt everyone who loved me along the way before I accepted Christ! It was not that I never believed in God, I had just begun to think He didn't believe in me. I am learning everyday how to let Him guide me to be of service. I love it! Life has changed so much for me since December 28,1998. I admire you and don't sell yourself short, you are strong and brave! You have allowed God to mold you into that and that was your doing.
Jeremy,
Life is so incredibly short! I know you hear that alot, but it is simply because it is true. Friends come and go throughout our life, that is a given. God gave us the Golden Rule and that is how we are to live. He gave us a daily rule book to follow and if we simply do our best to love each other and FORGIVE others as well as ourselves, we can live the life that God has intended for us. We are the ones that screw it up, but we never screw up so badly that we can't be forgiven and set free.
Josh,
I am so sorry that you have the runs! I will sneak in a "stop the runs" prayer along with the prayer I say for all the S2K members!
God bless you and those you love

That's true... it still hurt me, and I am not sure how to handle it, so right now, I ask for your help once again.

It is never easy to deal with a hurt caused by someone that you care for and believed in. As you get older and, unfortunately, experience similiar hurts in the future, you will learn how to deal with it better - BUT IT IS NEVER EASY!!! The best thing that I can say is that you shouldn't get down on yourself if it doesn't work out. Hopefully, you will be able to get into a conversation with her on Sunday and get it resolved. If not, then you'll have to move on.

To everyone for being so supportive....God Bless You!
Jeremy...pray for the friend that snubbed you. I prayed for some guy last week that emailed me a death threat from England and asked God to forgive him...I have no anger toward him, no anger or hurt towards anyone. I'm praying for your friend, and for you. I've been snubbed on many occasions, and know how badly it hurts
God Bless,
Perry

Guys I would first like to thank you all for your thoughts and prayers the last few days. I really appreciate that. You all are like family...
I'd ask that you continue to pray on this at least through 8pm tonight. I didn't catch the person, but I hope to tonight. If I don't... I guess I'll need to accept that I've lost one of my best friends, even if only for a while.
Prayers still going up from here for all who need them, while at the same time still trying to deal with some emotional pain myself. Again thanks and keep those prayers coming!

One of the difficult things...praying for understanding and compassion. Of His ways, not ours. Of His course, not ours. Of His agenda, not ours.
God works in ways we often cannot understand, but his works all have meaning and value. As though he mixes good with the bad. Beautiful with the disfigured. Pain with the laughter.
The finished piece requires each other piece to be in place...with none less, or more important than the other.
And it is a mosaic of all these things that is the beauty of His ongoing work.
Those of you who have felt the power of prayer on these pages must know that the tapestry in total will always be unfinished...but that the individual elements in your lives, be they happy or sad, are forever held in His hands and used for a higher purpose.
In that we must simply not question, but instead have faith.
