I t is only 9 pm here in central ohio and the temp. is already 5 degrees.We always get the cold and then the precip. stops.But boy when it warms up you can bet it will rain.we have close to 2 inches of snow on the ground.Hopefully we can keep it untill christmas.

That's very cold! At least you have snow on the ground because for it to be that cold and brown is just wrong. :lol:

It'd be about impossible... the snow cover helps radiate the "heat" of the day that much faster.

The local met just mentioned this will likely be one of the coldest Decembers on record for the entire Country.

Not likely. Not suprising a local met said that. With the temporary warmer period coming up, I doubt this will be the "coldest December" for the entire country. I guess everyone has forgotten about 1989. I shiver thinking about it!
