According to the local news here in Mobile it is more of the northern counties in the viewing area that could see a flurry~Thomasville, etc.

I'm thinking that the air is a bit too dry in the lower levels for any of the rain/sleet/snow to reach the ground. Dew point here in GPT is 23F at 8PM....MGC

Yeah, you're probably right...but the radar toward the west sure does look interesting. There's even some moderate rain right now in western/central LA, and it looks to be moving just south of east. I've seen stuff like this dry up in the blink of an eye, but I've got my fingers crossed to at least see a flake or two tonight. Temp is down to 37 in Mobile, and I think we've got just as good of a chance as the northern counties right now.

This surprised us with some flurries today. Don't be surprised to see a flake or two overnight.
