Wind- Calm

Historical Records since 1997
High Temp- 98 F officially, 105 F at home August 2005
Low Temp- 30 F, January 2003
High Heat Index- 110, July 2005
Low Wind Chill- 20 F, January 2003
Heaviest 24 Hour Rainfall- 10.12 in. (Hurricane Gabrielle September 2001)
Highest Wind Gust- >78 mph Hurricane Jeanne Sept 26, 2004, anemometer broke at 78 mph so wind gust was likely higher than 78...
Highest Non-Hurricane Wind Gust: 75 mph, February 1998 Severe
El Nino Driven Storm


2005 Records:
high temp- 105 F at home august
low temp- 35 F, january
high heat index- 110, july
low wind chill- 33 F, january
Heaviest 24 hour rainfall- 4.5 inches (Wilma Oct. 24, 2005)
Highest wind gust: 76 mph (Wilma Oct. 24, 2005)...Possibly higher
because no reports came in afterwards from this source...
