I've notice that the GFS has been cosistent on forming a strong Low with 2 Isobars around it in the Gulf. Now im not sure if this is a tropical or subtropical system. Or if this is a strong Low. But no matter what it is if this verifies the souther states( Texas,Louisiana,Mississippi,Alabama,Georgia, and Florida could see a MAJOR flooding problem. Note: The GFS wants to stall the system in the North central Gulf. Note: if enough cold air is on the back side well you know what I mean. ( RIGHT NOW it does'nt look like it though)

TS with wintry precip?i thought tropical cyclonces are considered warm core

That isn't necessarily and probably isn't a warm core system, Not at this time of year. It is so far out I will not be holding my breath till it verifies.
