Sauerkraut made with beer, apples and onions. Pork roast and kielbasi and some mashed potatoes - we were always told that would bring good luck. It does have a way of cleaning the system if you know what I mean. lol

Got my blackeyed peas cooking on the stove and getting ready to start the cabbage rolls! YUM YUM YUM! I just love todays meal!

Yup, got my peas going too! The house smells yummy, can't wait to eat. Hopefully some of that rice, beans and cornbread will soak up some of the alchol left in my body. :lol: A very rough day today last night was a doozie to say the least. Thank goodness peas are an easy meal to cook. :D
