Yes! This movie was incredibly bad! The ending was the worst though, they hardly explained anything. Definite 2 thumbs down on my rating scale. the funniest thing is that I also saw it at a restaurant movie theatre. lol.

I heard King Kong got bad reviews...but all my friends said it was good..but INSANELY long. Peter Jackson is awsome, but I dont think he is going to do as good as he did with Lord of The Rings.
I find that the movies that get bad reviews I usually like, and the ones that get good ones I usually hate.

Sorry, I just never met an adult who actually liked that movie. Teenagers and younger seem to really love it.

One website we rely upon now for movie reviews, is http://www.imdb.com. It's been useful before renting disappointing movies. Very! Of course some of the reviews are similar to hotel reviews, you have to take some with a grain of salt. But for the most part, you either see quickly a movie is worth the price of a ticket or rental fee or it's a total waste of your money/time.

Open Water was one we wished we had known, didn't at all turn out the way we thought it would. I see it all the time on sale at Blockbuster, in that previously viewed bin for something like 5 Bucks!

I think Crash was the only really halfway decent movie I saw this year. Other than that, they pretty much all bit.

All of my male friends love the movie. And they're all older than me. :D

Female friends, on the other hand, almost universally hate it. My wife loves it, though!

Devil's Rejects...absolutely terrible. It was one of those deals where you intend to see a movie, the one you want is either sold out, and you don't feel like waiting a couple of hours so you blindly pick one.

i know i'm gonna get yelled at, but the last Star Wars movie was aaaawwwwwful.
and the Deuce Bigalow movies......EEK! they've got some nerve to put that on a screen and charge admission....

And even Sandra Bullock couldnt save Miss Congeniality II. I had to watch Practical Magic and Hope Floats several times each to recall that she was actually likeable once upon a time.

While I don't say it was "awful" per se, it wasn't nearly as good as all the others.

Category 6 Day of Destruction (Or what ever it was called) was easily the worst.

Best film I saw last year was the German film Untergang. (Known as Downfall in English)

Good - I will not see this movie, even if on TV for free soon. Used to be a Brad Pitt fan but not anymore!
