If you look at the loop of this storm you can see that there is shear to the NW. See this link:

Then they must have a powerful mind..I hope you weren't talking about me..I am a novice in the tropics and only posted what I thought I saw..
And asked foir expert advice.. We don't allow people I disagree with on storm2k or trolls or rude people!!

Yep the tops are warming indicating weakening of the area but rain is a sure bet for parts of the gulf coast and south florida but nothing to develop into tropical depression.
