Who said America is not a country? Who said to "disband America"? Building walls makes us more like the old East Germany than America. America is about freedom and opportunity, not walls.

You want to make the borders secure? So do I, but there's a better way than using walls that block us all in. The most logical way would be to give complete freedom to Mexicans and Canadians to enter the country, as long as they enter through official border crossings. The number of people coming across in the middle of nowhere will dwindle to nothing, making it easy to spot people trying to come in illegally. Mexicans don't want to kill us, they want to work to better their lives. Canadians don't want to kill us, they want to be tourists. Building walls will further isolate us from the world, and ultimately accelerate our decline as a nation.

I agree some what...But its pretty hard not to form into one country over time. When we are linked like that. In alot of people of those three country's might not like that idea so much.

But it could work with the right goverment. In fair laws.

Yeah, we've all been civil to one another. It's possible to disagree and still be friendly. :)

The increasing numbe rof terror events every year worldwide might be a clue. ;)

Another clue is the steady stream of US soldier deaths in Iraq.

It's like messing with an ant's nest. The angrier you make the ants, the more of them come out and bite you. The war is neverending because it was poorly planned and executed.

And what about the terrorist deaths? And where do you come up with the numbers for terrorists recruited?

So if we just lock our selfs in our own country every thing should be alright? Thats right we can't lock our selfs in that would be like a jail to some. I guest its a loss for us. I'm seriously thinking about getting away from the city.

I think it's important to remember that the chances of a terror attack ever directly affecting any given individual is small. It makes no sense to live your life in fear or make decisions based on irrational fear.

Americans can die and America can live. The constitution is what matters. I'm not afraid of mujahadeen, even if they came at me with a gun and I had to decide whether it was the constitution or me, I'd kick them in the nuts grab their gun and shoot them.
