What did I do, I had to mow the back yard. The first time in 29 years of mowing that I had to do it in JANUARY!!!!!!!! :crying: Most of it was wild onions and weeds and boy does the yard smell now.We need cold weather so I don't have to do it again next month. :shocked!:

I have mowed once this winter, too. Crazy to think about it. I actually mowed mine back in December. It was the latest I ever remembered mowing. The yard needs it again, but it has been so dry I am afraid to for fear I might not get a nice spring green!

My Mom was telling me this morning after I mentioned to her the forecast for the next few days...was 60s today with some light to moderate rain...and will be 40s tomorrow and Monday with some rain. She said that probably due to this mild winter we've been having here in NC (not sure what it's been on average temp-wise in other states) anyway, could be a worse than normal allergy season for Spring and possibly even early mosquitos.
