Baked chicken breasts covered with cornbread stuffing; pumpkin casserole (canned pumpkin, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, butter, golden raisins, & brown sugar-wheat germ-oatmeal topping); tossed salad; and home-made banana-mandarin orange-fresh cranberries-flaked coconut bread!

Save any leftovers for me, please, cajungal!

Tonight we had Greek spinach pie, fresh green beans with alfredo cheese sauce, tomato slices dressed with EVOO and Mrs. Dash, whole grain bread slices, White Zinfandel, and ice cream (low carb PB & Chocolate for me)

We have a high wind advisory in this region tonight. Cold temps but no snow. Dang.

So I made a pot of beef stew, we had it over rice. With a salad and rolls from our favorite bakery. It just felt like a stew night, with the wind howling.
