Please stop, please. I said forget I posted this please. Because I don't care for the last time! My focus is on my little cousin Bella right now and nothing else. I don't need this. I would delete this thread if I could, but it is too late.

I knew more about my present wife after 1 week online, than I did about my ex witch after 17 years. I truly believed I could trust her more than my Ex, wo having ever having met her. Now this isn't to say there isn't a disproportionate share of deceit going on out there in cyberspace, but I do believe, with reasonable insight and judgement, (and PATIENCE), the average person can know when it's the real thing.

We are two completely different people, but share the same moral backbone on the issues that count. People around us envy our relationship.

Once you fall in love with the spirit and mind, the physical side becomes merely the icing on the cake.

Perfectly put j.

Also, if you talk to someone long enough and pay attention, if they are not who they claim to be, they will slip up.

Personally I wouldn't consider meeting someone online as an option even if I were still single, but that's just me.

I'm glad it worked out for you, and when you're not looking for it is exactly the time it always works. :D

When I met my wife I was totally not looking for it. But I'm glad she found me. :)

I am not going to try to meet someone online. If it is meant for me to meet someone, it will happen on its own. If not, oh well. It is not like I have trouble meeting guys. But, I don't seem to meet the right ones. Again, I am not looking anymore. If it happens, it happens. But, I am not going to worry about it anymore.

What do you mean? It is not like I don't date at all. Just the past dates I have went on, the guys always turned out to be a huge jerks who was only looking to put another notch on his bedpost. Any guy that even tries to go further than just kissing on the first date, is a HUGE turnoff for me. I have not been in a relationship in nearly a year after I found out he was cheating on me left and right. This was a guy I have known for over 6 years and never thought he would do this to me. I find it nearly impossible for me to trust someone.
