CPC Febuary Update=La Nina next 3-6 months

Let's continue to watch how the anomalies in the Pacific evolve in the next few months to see when next summer arrives La Nina still is present or neutral conditions will be established.

something tells me we will back to neutral conditions in august or september...but well see what happens!

Assuming La Nina is over 6 months from now, that still opens up the window for a pretty active early season. I'd rather not see another July like last one.
