Dee B, I would love to have that reciepe! We are having pizza and salad. No grandson tonight since this is weekend at his dad's. Earlier this week he was suspended from school for 1 day. He hit a kid in the eye. We do not know what daughter is going to do with this kid. Punishment of any kind does not seem to make an impression on him.

Since Valentines day falls on Tuesday, we are going to have a nice dinner tonite. Lobster stuffed filet mignon with bearnaise sauce, roasted red potatoes with garlic and rosemary. And of course some wine  We love this meal but we don't make it very often because it takes a while and is pricy but it is so good.

Daylily, I'll pm that recipe :uarrow: to you.

Tonight was homemade mac and cheese with whole wheat rotini and sauteed pieces of turkey ham and bell peppers, plus a spinach-and-baby-greens salad.

Tonight I am going to fix Ckicken Riggies, a recipe I found in the Cooking forum on Gardenweb.
Arkess, I hope you feel better soon. I won't be much warmer down here in Polk Co. We will have temps in the 30's and I have to be out in the cold on Monday morning for crossing guard duty.

Nothing tonight. My mom and I went eat at Olive Garden for lunch. I had pototo soup and breadsticks. (My mom had there HUGE salad) And we split an entree. We got the tour of Italy. It was HUGE. It was lasagna, chicken parmesean, and fetticini alfredo. Yummy! So, that is why I am not eating dinner. We still had food left over after the 2 of us split it. And I am still full. I want to start a diet tomorrow and start working out again.

I bet you and hundred others tonight with this weather we are having here. Sounds great.
We had shake n' bake pork chops, sour cream and chives fettuccini, and steamed fresh green beans with minced garlic.

My sister made dinner tonight: thinly cut chicken breasts, sauteed, on a bed of spinach; orzo salad with red peppers/tomatoes/feta/parsley and lemon-olive oil dressing; crostini; and chocolate-dipped macaroons (which I bought) for dessert.
