Winter Advisory for SE NC

Several counties in South Eastern NC now under a Winter Weather Advisory. Expecting about an inch of some kind of frozen liquid. This is the best shot we have had so far this winter. Sources say this will be a weak system with the best chance of snow , sleet , or freezing rain between 5am and 10 am. Temp now is 30 degrees with clear sky.
