Good luck to the NC/TN people who might see some wintry precip tonight/tomorrow.

I hope it pans out and you get some accumulation! :ggreen:

How much you wanna bet my hometown (http://www.storm2k.org/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=81525) gets more wintry precip this winter than Raleigh

Yet another winter weather BUST forecast for the Charlotte Metro. Looks like a little light snow towards Raleigh/Rocky Mount.

I saw a few flurries as I was leaving my apartment.

By the time I reached the edge of Centennial about five minutes later, it was all sleet

We got...zero....zip...nadda....last night!

LOL, I'm ready for spring! I've been covering up my spring flowers under
more leaves, screaming, "NO! You can't bloom, now!" It's gonna SNOW!

I'm ready to give it up and let them go - whatever!

Unless there's a March 1993 style storm in our future, I guess I'm pretty much ready to hang it up and embrace the rain and lack of snow.

Bring on spring--that is, unless we get another Superstorm! :D

Looks like we'll be getting our last *Cold Winter Rain* coming up Sun-Tues, March 19-21. Points farther north though--stand a chance at something wintery (IMHO). But not us. Cold and wet, that's it.

Guess we'll be waiting for next winter and praying (again) to see snow.

We're getting a wee bit of sleet today--no accumulations expected. But thought this was kind of interesting....

A good old-fashioned Rainy Sunday here. I guess that explains why I was asleep til 12:30pm. :P

Poor NASCAR... they delayed the race in Atlanta until tomorrow morning and there's actually a better chance of rain then(60% now vs. 90% then).

Quick burst of snow followed almost immediately by 15 minutes of moderate sleet. Temp went from 47 down to 40 in less than one hour.
