Every year in theory can set up to be an East Coast season.

I'd like to say in all honesty, Below to Average CV Season, a higher number of fishes, An Average to Above Average Gulf Season and probably a Modestly Average East Coast season

Probably only slightly more activity then last year.

I say 2006 will be a coastal season. I think the areas thousands of miles inland will be spared.

Of course not. I've dedicated thousands of man-hours studying global and cosmic patterns.

I voted east coast but, if the currently above average temps in the gulf could equate to tropical formation in the gulf.

Definite East Coast season. The GOM gets one or two storms, however. The East Coast, on the other hand, gets a couple of major hits and some close calls from some doozies.

I'll go with mostly east coast also. The GOM storms will be home grown....maybe 3 or 4.

I think we see a good deal or Gulf AND east coast storms this hurricane season, but I think that the most memorable storms will yet again be in the Gulf.

I agree. Another terrible gulf storm like Katrina or Rita can't ruled out and I expect several other gulf storms this year.

I agree, only I say there will be less recurves and more diverse landfalls in the Carolinas, southeast Florida, Texas, and the Caribbean.

u no what sux...ive never been through more than a minor depression because I live in NTX and all the storms weaken to much for me to get anything good out of them...I almost got it out of Rite but it turned north...Im kinda hoping that we get a TX landfall that will bring at least 40mph sustained winds
