21 south/38 west I would keep your eye on...appears to have alot of convection with cirulation. Its over 27 to 28c water...

keep a eye on it!

I'm watching it closely this one is over even warmer waters. In has alot of deep convection. quickscat missed it but there doe's appear to be some kind of low. In the peak is not for another 2 week for the south atlatnic if there was a season!

Only have shows at this time. On the top right side you will see winds cirulating like a low.

Visible shows a low trying to wrap convection. WOW!

FWIW, on the QS you posted... from what little is available, I only see anti-cyclonic curvature. The winds are rotating counter-clockwise. However, it does look nice on satellite: https://afweather.afwa.af.mil/images/sa ... R01W_L.GIF

is there any way to look up if this went tropical? weather service or local news reports?

Negative at this time. The only official data published was the Brazilian Naval bulletin which called it a low. A few US gov't analysis dipicted it as a tropical disturbance, however.
