MY SEVERE WX DISCUSSION:(March ,9-12)
DISCUSION:Seems like parts of the Southern plains, Mississippi Valley, & Teeneesee Valley could have some pretty roughf weather later next week. AS a strong CYCLONE pushes from the Rockies into the Southern Plains. Climatology these types of systems have been known to cause MAJOR severe weather outbreaks. And when I mean severe wx outbreak I mean several ROUNDS of severe weather or in other words instead of seeing one scroll line or MSC there could be several scroll lines or MSC's. With this type of event we could be talking about atleast 30+ Tornado reports if not MORE. And the intresting thing is this may not only be confined to the central parts of the U.S there may be severe wx as far south as the Texas/Louisiana Gulf Coast, of course I think the worst stuff will be to the north of us (Southeast Texas) but we could be issued in a moderate risk of severe wx by the time it's all said and done (Southeast Texas). Below is my map of the severe weather risk areas keep in mind this is likely to change. NOTE: This is NOT an official forcast from the SPC this is just my map:

I agee with you. The way these models are looking this could be a big tornado or at least a severe weather outbreak over IL,IN,MI,KY, and TN. moving more east on the 13th. possibly this whole situation looks like this will happen for the midwest on Sat the 12th. This is just my opinion on this possible outbreak.

Moving to Evansville huh, well here's a severe weather tip for ya there, Evansville sounds the sirens for ALL warnings, severe thunderstorm and torando warnings. when they go off next week, just tune the tv to any channel, or listen to the radio, they cover severe weather in evansville like folks down in torando alley.
