ya wait forever, then finally have--

"The Facts Of Life" on DVD!

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000EQ ... 2264?n=130

What took so long?

I can't hide the fact ('scuse the pun) that I LOVED this show...as well as just about everything else in the 80's.

Blair ruled!!

LOL, I know you loved this show Shawn. I had my faves from the 80s. Knots Landing is one and it's just now coming out on DVD (I think).

One show missing from the DVD collections is St. Elsewhere. There's an online petition to have it brought to DVD but I have no idea the status on that one.

So, is this DVD in your possesion? Or on order? If you don't reply, I'll assume it's in your DVD player right this minute and you're in Facts of Life Heaven!

Enjoy!

Unfortunately, it won't be released for two more months.

If I could get all of the Patty Duke show, Facts of Life, and Xena on DVD, I'd be happy. ER, LA Law, Law & Order: SVU, Desperate Housewives, and Life Goes On would be next. I'll be surprised if they ever release LA Law on DVD.

Mackenzie Astin appeared in a few episodes as I recall. George Clooney guest-starred in an episode or two, also. 8-)

I saw Lisa Whelchel (Blair) speak one time at a church in Pisgah, OH (Cincy area), too. :) 8-)

Oh I used to watch that show all the time. It was soooo cool back then. They were playing repeats a few years back and they are a little more cheesier now than I remeber them as a kid. But still a great show I will never forget. Blaire(she was just the coolest), and Tootie, and good ol' Mrs. Garrett. Oh, and lets not forget when Joe showed up and caused havick. I think Joe ended up being my favirote. Enjoy Duckie, and thanks I will have that song in my head for a least 2 days now.
