lol
My all time fav has to be the thin mints. Although I do like the ones you are refering to, chocolate coated ones. And yes every year you have to buy them, because its the only way to get them, and no one has anything like the good ol' Girl Scout cookie. They are definitly evil. :grrr:

We're actually tired of the current flavors. So much so that I emailed them and suggested they add next year:

A simple chocolate chip cookie
A butter or sugar cookie (different than the Shortbread)

and the big request.....are ya ready:

Bring back Scot teas! The way they used to be, melt in your mouth cookie goodness, dusted with sugar.

It seems like the GS are trying to compete with gourmet type cookie manufacturers. We just wish they'd provide the basic flavors but of course up to Girl Scout quality.

I just finished my box of thin mints. I am very proud of myself they lasted 7 days. I love them cold from the fridge. I only allowed myself one box this year. I was trying so hard to be good didn't order any from friends daughters. I was walking out of the grocery store last week and there they were all set up. the box called to me, I broke down and bought them. My hubby teased me about it all day.

This talk about Girl Scout cookies reminds of that "Raymond" episode where Ray and his daughter Ally set up a table on the sidewalk...but that is a spot claimed by Ray's nemesis Peggy (the troop den mother) and so of course a fight ensues and Ray ends up on the sidewalk on his duff with pride to swallow!!

Thin mints and big cold glass of milk. OMG Alice, I can't help you. If you find a cure, let me know.

The cure is simple, the price. $3.50 for a box of cookies with only a few in it? Can't buy too many boxes at that price!

Though we did by thin mints and samoas this year. Am expecting my delivery this weekend. :D

The only sure-fire way to stop eating them is to finish the box.

I got a box of the carmelly, coconutty, chocolatey, crunchy rings at work, and I ate the whole box in less than an hour. Good thing that I only bought one box!
