There appears to be at least some threat of svr. wx. today across W. Nebraska/SE Wyoming down into W. Tx. today. The main threat looks to be some large hail and a few severe gusts of wind. Tornadoes will be isolated at best, with the greatest threat being across rural areas of Western Kansas.
I also wouldn't rule out some high based storms across Montana and Wyoming today, with lightning being the major threat with these as well as some gusty winds.
