We have a siren less than a block away and it went off. We are 11 miles from downtiown KCMO.

BTW, the line goes all the way to Iowa, while there are no tornadoes there (yet), there are many severe t-storm warnings.

It is off to my north, Garrett. Tennis ball-sized hail in south Liberty, MO, which is proablyy 20 miles to my north and east.

I can't find anything showing the dryline "officially" but based on the info I just pulled this is my estimate as to where it is now...

dryline is yellow and the disturbance/front causing all our bad weather is in red

I'd have a pic of a tornado over Fulton, KS uploaded by now if imageshack was working, but it isn't, so you'll have to take my word that it looked classic and still does, as it is currently E of Hume, MO and has a TVS with a low base. The one to the north in Cass County appears to be much larger, though I'm not sure about stronger.

That's a scary picture - where is it facing?

It seems that the dangerous cells are entering rural areas now. Kansas City seems to have dodged a bullet so far...there aren't any large urban areas for a while.

Two reports of funnel clouds in from northern Bates County, MO, west of Adrian, MO (between the southern two storms).

SPC hasn't picked it up yet...but it tends to be 30-60 minutes behind.
