I don't usually eat breakfast. Because of I have to take my synthroid tablet an hour before breakfast and I am not an early riser. Another reason is because my IBS is always bad in the morning and I usually wake up hurting. But, this morning my dog woke up at 6 a.m. throwing a fit to get out the laundry room. So took my synthroid then. Woke back up around 9 a.m. to my mom cooking pancakes. I managed to eat one small pancake by the hardest.

Cheesy grits -- YUM! I just made some last Sunday morning. I've never tried them with eggs, too. Let us know how it turned out, Alicia -- post the recipe if it's good, please.

Today I ate the last of my homemade St. Patrick's Day Irish soda bread with peanut butter and banana slices and drank a travel mug of coffee.
