Saddam Hussein -- What if?

I was thinking about the time that our guys found him in that spiderhole. What if he pulled a gun and our guys shot him in self defense?

Seeing the circus that his trial is becoming, it makes me wonder. Would things in Iraq be any different if he was not alive now?

Ed, it's a shame he didn't pull a gun. I think things would be a little different. I know what you're thinking but we would have eventually been "found out" and a big, bad scandel would have evolved had we done what you're thinking we should have done. They would have somehow traced the gun back to President Bush!!!!!
