Local Mets are saying they're watching this storm closely now. It will start late Monday as rain and could change to anything from sleet, freezing rain to all snow during the day on Tuesday. I heard 2 to 4 inches of snowfall could be expected. Bring it on I say!
I'm fairly certain all Ohio state related academic testing is now over so I'm guessing many districts will close if the roads are bad. Last week would have been a different story (the OGT's for 10th Graders).
I know of many districts down here that only took a day or two and they're allotted 5 a year.

wow, talk about a last gasp effort this winter!
At the moment, looks like i'm a little bit too far north for this one...but for me, this really looks like my last chance at seeing snow in Ohio as I have one way tickets booked for England for 31st May!
(Mind you, those thunderstorms last Monday showed that I might see a little more action away from winter weather before i go!)

I've been checking several sites, some local, some regional, so compare forecasts (ranging from sleet, to freezing rain, to all snow, 1 to 6 inches). The last one I went to was TWC. If I'm reading that map and graphics correctly, Cincinnati is in the 6 to 12 inch range. Is that possible? I told my daughter who's a 10th grader in HS....she said and I quote - "wicked!"
Someone pinch me....this must be January!!!! Not March!!!!
