I would, just for prevention, extend the warning up to South and North Dakota. By the wat, Alberta, Canada, watch out!

The storm was still causing havoc as a Gale Center days after landfall, and racked up 86 deaths (mostly on Great Lakes Ships) to boot. A truly amazing, and frightening storm. Thought I’d share this little known piece of Great Galveston Hurricane history with everyone :eek: :eek: :eek: :
