Where?

#1 Postby Janice » Thu Mar 23, 2006 6:08 pm

Where do you hope to be in 10 years.

Move to a new home, new job, richer, poorer, secure in your lifestyle or
worried about your future.

I do not know about us. I do not know what our economy will be or if we get hit here by a major cane or our health.

Move to a newer home in my hometown, hopefully a 4-bedroom house with a backyard pool.

In a newer, bigger home by the water. Could always use more money, but not that big of an issue.

Sitting on the beach in Puerto Penasco Mexico in front of my condo :ggreen: "Don't I WISH!"

Uh....let's see, being TOTALLY retired ONCE again, if gas prices aren't $5 a gallon by then, I would LOVE to be in a little motor home cruizin' the U.S. but honestly, I don't expect the world to be around in ten years, so right now, I live EVERYDAY like it was my last and if tomorrow comes.....that's a BONUS! :ggreen:

Living on my own somewhere nearby, but not here. Have a steady job... and be single with no kids. 8-)

I'll be 27 going on 28.

Good idea, Brent. You have a lot of time ahead of you before marriage. Do all the things you want now like traveling. Marriage lasts a long time and children come fast, so you will not have the money to travel and do your thing for a long time.

I plan to have at least quadrupled my business in my existing company. I plan to have opened and stabilized at least one new business that I currently have on the drawing board as well, and at the moment I have an idea for a third business which is a restaurant. I plan to have several residential and commercial buildings in my portfolio as rentals.

Personally I want to have two children by then (one is on the way! :)) and a significantly bigger home hopefully on the water.

I will be 40, and hopefully halfway between this moment now and retirement. My ultimate life goal is to retire, except for collecting income from my businesses and rental properties, by the age of 50. Then I will tour the country and the world with my lovely wife, and we'll bug the crap out of our grown kids. :D

All I will say right now is I hope to be living in NY somewhere by then. Probably will be doing so in the next 2 years.

Hopefully out of parents house by then. LOL. A better paying job where I could afford to pay for life's expenses. And I would rather be out of Louisiana. Hope to be married by then with 2 kids. Living somewhere in Destin, Florida. Have lots of animals. Could never part with dogs. I would love to have couple more yorkies and a boxer. I want to cover stories when hurricanes hit. To continue writing and will still be fascinated with weather to my dying day.
