The CMC doesn't pick up this low, but the GFS, NOGAPS, and UKMET all make it warm core before dissipating it shortly after:

Sure looks like it's trying to become something. Unfortunately, it's close to land and doesn't look as though it will be able to do much.

I want to track a hurricane in the Atlantic, even if it is the S. Atlantic!

That pretty interesting looking.. Tomorrow is a anniversary of the 2004 system Catarina in Brazil and will be discussed on the Center of Circulation on IPR @ 9pm. :wink:
