I found some old floater shots too, as large as some may seem they hover around 50-75k

And if you need any pictures of the 2004 or 2005 Hurricanes just PM me and tell me what your looking for and if I have it I'll PM it back to you, OVERALL from 2004-2005, 70% chance I'll have it

VERY NICE. I like how you showed several pics of each storm developing. Then we showed Katrina it went from nothing in the Bahamas to a CAT 5 monster in the Gulf. :eek:

Yeah, good thing I have an 8mb cable connection though :P

These pics look especially clear on my flat screen monitor with my new computer :D !

Katrina was one of the most amazing things you can ever set your eyes on. Then Ivan on this page was not to bad.

some of the most important ones to me are those ones at their birth, Its like a rookie card of a hall of famer.

And I cant forget Rita now can I, I dont have any floaters after early on the 21st because I went away for a few days and got back late morning one the day she made landfall, that was the first major landfall I missed since Jeanne

And If someone would happen to have a floater of Ritas Landfall PLEASE! post it. thats at the top of my collecting list

I have online albums, over 7000 pictures in all, I might be nearing 10,000

Unfortunately, that night there was an orchestra performance we had to do that night, so I couldn't save the Floater images.

Good thing though there is GHCC and NCAR for archived (up to like a few hours or days) imagery. I bet you can find some imagery for Rita's LA landfall in my website.

when Katrina came in I was grabbing every new image I think I have every TWC IR from 6:30am through noon :lol:

How many weather related files do you have in your hard drive?

~36,000 at last count, taking up 10 GB. Not all of them are images though.
