as the days continue to pass iam begining to realize this bermuda high might stick around and spell real bad news for the southeast!!!!

HIGH PRESSURE AT THE SURFACE WILL CONTINUE TO BE THE MAIN WEATHER
FEATURE CONTROLLING THE WEATHER CONDITIONS ACROSS SOUTH FLORIDA AT
LEAST THROUGH THE EARLY PART OF NEXT WEEK. A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL
APPROACH SOUTH FLORIDA WEDNESDAY AND THIS MAY BRING A SLIGHT
CHANGE IN WX CONDITIONS WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF SHOWERS (ALBEIT
ONLY A SLIGHT CHANCE). THE FRONT MAY ACTUALLY STALL ACROSS THE
AREA THROUGH THURSDAY BEFORE DISSIPATING BY FRIDAY. GFS BRINGS
ANOTHER FRONT TO NORTH-CENTRAL FLORIDA BY NEXT WEEKEND, BUT WILL
NOT BUY THIS YET UNTIL FURTHER RUNS.

The few of you that want a direct hit from a major hurricane should travel to the northern Gulf Coast and see the damage and after you'd done so tell me you still want a hit from a major hurricane. If you have a family and lose someone to a storm is devastating so before you talk think about the implications.

DIGGING TROUGH OVER THE EASTERN PART OF THE CONTINENT. THIS WILL
ALLOW A WEAK COLD FRONT TO INCH ITS WAY INTO SOUTH FLORIDA
WEDNESDAY MORNING BEFORE STALLING. GFS HAS BEEN FAIRLY CONSISTENT
WITH THIS FEATURE...HOWEVER LATEST RUN NOW PUSHES THE FRONT A BIT
FURTHER SOUTH BY THURSDAY MORNING ALLOWING SLIGHTLY COOLER
TEMPERATURES TO ARRIVE. LATEST MEX SHOWING LOWS POSSIBLY INTO THE
LOWER 50S NORTHWEST ZONES THURSDAY MORNING. HAVE NUDGED FORECAST

Looks as though we will have a long, hot summer. Oh, and dry. The high has become such a familar feature in Florida in the past two seasons. In 10 years it will probably pack up and go.

My ideal season would be for no landfalling storms anywhere in the Atlantic Basin. Everyone needs a break. Not going to happen, though.

No one in the world should wish for a hurricane.
People wanting to get hit by a major hurricane- the suffering following a storm is absolutely horrific psychologically and it is like an end of everything feeling with
everything destroyed- very depressing you feel like theres no hope for recovery of your home/possessions.
so please do not wish for a hurricane because if you get it you'll regret
ever wishing and life/property/everything you know and love may get
annihilated.
