We're having a mini-blizzard right now in Atlantic City

THIS SUCKS!!! :grr:

I was hoping that the snow squalls they were calling for up by Philadelphia wouldn't make it all the way down here as snow (I should've known better). On the street that I work at, we have a wonderful wind-tunnel affect between the buildings. You should see the people getting "pushed" by the wind as they walk down the street.

We had some light snow on the ground this morning then mid-morning the wind and snow kicked up....was kinda fun for the 30 minutes it lasted. Winters last gasp.

The record for the warmest it has ever snowed was around 51F, I believe, in the west...so if it was 50F and snowing that would be near record territory. Are you sure it was that warm? Sounds like a crazy day up in the NE!

All I know is yesterday around 9:30AM the sarge came running into my office saying it was snowing out, I went and looked and it looked like a complete white-out! Cars were covered and all and by 1PM it was all gone

It was as the front was coming through as the storm was pulling away, the wind kicked up, the temps dropped and the snow came. They did anticipate "snow squalls", but when I went outside the first thing in the morning to go to work, it didn't feel cold enough for snow. I put the radio on and Philadelphia's KYW announced that it was snowing there (it's 20 miles to my north). I could see the dark clouds headed in my direction.

None of the snow stuck, but it still was wild!
