I have not done it yet. I'm going to wait, talk to my bank again. The plot seems to thicken every day.

Bank is now investigating. If it takes longer than 10 days they will issue provisional credit to my account.

Furthermore, what the cell dealer claimed was a "promotional payment"...is FALSE! Meaning there was no such thing according to T-Mobile!
