Part of the roof at a Wal-Mart super center in Spearfish, SD., collapsed Thursday from the weight of snow after 74" of snow fell in Lead,SD during a late season winterstorm. The store had been evacuated and no one was hurt. Now temperatures are rising into the 60s and 70s, and state officials fear flooding from the several feet of snow that fell in the northern Black Hills. Officials were advising caution along Bear Butte Creek, Belle Fourche River , Elk Creek, Little Missouri River, Spearfish Creek, Red Water River , Hay Creek, Moreau River and Whitewood Creek.
