We still have Meteosat-8 images (every 3 hours):
http://oiswww.eumetsat.org/IDDS-cgi/listImages.pl?m=bnw,a=0,sa=8,pr=BNW,f=1,c=IR_108,se=0,n=6,d=1,v=400,pp=0,t=200604271200#controls
Later this year the new MSG-2 will be named Meteosat-9 and placed at 0°. Meteosat-8 will function as a back-up from that moment.
I think I've read somewhere that Meteosat-7 will be moved to above the Indian Ocean, in order to replace Meteosat-5.
