I LOVE the smell of fresh cut grass, funny how smells brings back memories.

I figured you had a lot of fun in the 60's and 70's..

I hate paying the $2,000 tomorrow to remove a monster tree in my yard that creates it's own ecosystem for the neigborhood.. After seeing it sway back n forth during Wilma and my irrigation pipes rise out of the ground I decided it has to be done before cane season starts.. The next cheapest bid was a $1000 more..

Actually, I don't remember the 60's or 70's  Kinda remember the 80's!

I hate mowing, weeding, all yard work, cleaning the pool, cleaning the two water falls John built in the back yard. We are moving. Our yard, front and back is like a park. We have five huge trees in the front. I will just grow orchards from my condo balcony or garden area. I will walk by the well maintained pool and yards. I paid my dues. I just want to play from now on.

Get a bike and a helmet and some lycra shorts and gloves and a wild jersey, and pedal yourself around the island!

Dave and I so much prefer the outdoors, so we don't mind the yard work. I love gardening and now that I'm not working it's been so wonderful to indulge myself for a change.

As to the mowing, my 13-year-old niece (bless her little heart) just goes out and mows on Saturday mornings without anyone asking, nor does she ask for payment. When my sister asked her about it, Katie said, "I just feel bad for Dad because he works all the time and he needs a break." 'Bout makes you cry, doesn't it?
