Finally got my license!!

#1 Postby dean » Mon May 08, 2006 4:33 pm

whew, i passed my license test about an hour and a half ago. good thing is this time i passed with flying colors (other two times didnt do so good obviously). it took me three times to do it but the third time's the charm and it was a breeze. so now i'm ALL ready for the basics of chasing (car, license, knowledge, and a crappy camera), and i'll be driving my dad's old car, a 1990 Toyota Carolla (rustbucket).

I had a '92 Toyota Corolla for a while. I liked to call it the Corrode-a.

Congrats. And I'm staying out of your way for the time being :D

Congratulations, Dean.

Please be clear in your mind which pedal is for the brakes and which is for the gas!
(I'm not kiddin'. Soon after I got my license, I pressed the accelerater for brakes and almost caused a nasty accident. It has happened to more people than you might think.)

Don't drink & drive either. It's amazing how much embarrassment a simple glass of water spilled on the wrong spot of your pants can cause. It's better to pull over to the side of the road before drinking.

Happy Driving!
