Can you feel it.........ominous is the word that comes to mind. The Upper TX Coast was way way to fortunate last year with Rita and I am still saddened by our friend's loss from extreme SE TX eastward. As I read posts about the insurance companies I just bow down and shake my head. If I could take the pain and sadness you feel for one day I would just to give a day a freedom from daily life. When it comes down to it we are family and its been a hard couple of months for all of us at Storm2k. Here in my little world being 37 being a new parent with a daughter almost 2 year old; I am swept away everyday. Lisa and I have had a rough few months but when we compare it to the Rita scare we were very lucky. Why are we spared and others not...everything lost...I do not know. Now I am rambling at this point.....we feel the pain and know the fear. I will watch the DVD I created from last hurricane season on June 1st 2006 and the tears will fall as I think of our members that were directly affected by the 2005 hurricane season.
