Considering I predict that over 140 million people will be directly affected by the 2006 season, that is a dream at this point.
My landfall predictions:
US - 9 tropical storms, 6 hurricanes, 4 major hurricanes
Mexico - 5 tropical storms, 2 hurricanes, 1 major hurricane
Central America - 2 tropical storms, 1 hurricane, 0 major hurricanes
Caribbean - 5 tropical storms, 3 hurricanes, 1 major hurricane
Canada - 3 tropical storms, 2 hurricanes, 0 major hurricanes
Other Areas - 3 tropical storms, 1 hurricane, 0 major hurricanes
Total landfalling (inc. multiple areas) - 14 tropical storms, 9 hurricanes, 5 major hurricanes

You know I have to agree with you a little. I got the outer bands.
I saw nothing tropical in the last couple of days and I live in south florida. I don't remember any mention of this low pressure becoming tropical in nature. There were discussions but, this is and always was a cold core area of low pressure.

See cold core... nothing tropical
