Avatar policy change

As part of our prep for this year's hurricane season Chad and I have decided to implement some changes that impact your avatars. Some people are going to like these changes and some aren't. The bottom line is that we're doing this for the overall good of those that use S2K. The specific changes are as follows:

1. Off-site avatars use will be discontinued starting tomorrow, 5-19-06.

2. The ability to upload a graphic from your local PC is now enabled. These uploaded images will be restricted to 15KB in size and 140 pixels wide by 200 pixels high. The board will not resize your avatar for you so if you need help please ask. To use this feature go to your profile.
