Corps to install cameras at all trouble spots this yr

Well, now they will have cameras to watch the failures of the levees. It's not enough to know they failed, but now they can take up pools in the office on where it will fail. It will prove that the levees were not built properly and that Bush did not have barges ram into the side of them. :lol:

I can understand putting cameras on streets in high crime areas........... obviously to catch the criminals. So, when they see the levee fail in the height of the storm, what are they going to do, arrest the hurricane? There is nothing they can do, and cameras will do absolutely nothing but give us something else to watch on TV besides the 2 local news stations we'll catch wtih our rabbit ears and generator hooked to the tv.

Kinda gives you insight into how little faith the corps has in the levees if they have to put cameras up to catch the break. I just hope we eventually replace them all.

i think this way at least they won't be able to say "we didn't know it was that bad"
