U.S. Physical Map

#1 Postby wxmann_91 » Sun May 21, 2006 12:24 am

I didn't know where to post this, if this is inappropriate or belongs in the wrong forum, feel free to delete/move this mods.

It took me over three hours and 150 layers to create this using the topo maps from RIDGE. I have always wanted to do it since RIDGE was introduced, did not have time until today.

(Click to enlarge, but beware, it's 4176 x 1800 pixels and over a MB. It will kill an older computer.)

That is cool, I didn't know you could do that. It could be used as personal outlook maps I suppose. I'll be saving it.

Do you have Photoshop dean?

BTW, if you haven't noticed already, the different color schemes for each site really made things a lot more difficult, I had to pick out all the stations with the same scheme, and as you see in some areas, that couldn't be done.

Thanks! And thanks again for sharing the image hosting site with me! (It came in handy.)
