My prediction for that area: even less than that. Only 2-3 named storms and 0-1 hurricanes.

Tropical Systems (depressions): 3
Tropical Storms: 1
Hurricanes: 0
Major Hurricanes: 0

Those numbers include EPac crossovers, which will be all of them I think.
