About next storm season: 2006/7

I wonder to see whats going to happen in our next storm season for NZL and Australia. El nino expected to come and bring great windshear and that would bring more gusty storms and tornadoes. I wonder our supercell chances here would gradually increasing 5% per year and now it seems 16% to me.

Any comments?

How often are there big tornado outbreaks? Is there a site that keeps track of tornadoes there?

I found a paper that gave 29 reported per year from 1960-2004. Australia is so big though lots will go unreported.
